GUARANTEE SETTLE
We are grateful that you trust us with your breeding needs. We are very fortunate that our customers have a positive conception rate during their intended heat cycle. We promise you that we do everything from collecting through packaging to ensure that the semen you receive is viable. Your success is ultimately our success; therefore, we offer a guarantee settle policy.

• Guarantee settle applies to semen purchased at the current In Season, full-price listed.
• Guarantee settle is voided if the heat cycle does not go as planned and semen is not used within five days from the date of receipt.
• Guarantee settle applies to breeding one female with two doses. Splitting semen doses for multiple breeding females is not recommended and not considered for a free replacement.
• We cannot guarantee a specific boar for the replacement semen. Replacement orders will be handled like all orders and filled in the order received. We will, however, do our best to meet your needs.
• We will provide two doses of semen for one rebreed. Warren Bros. Genetics guarantee settle applies to the cost of semen replacement. The customer is responsible for packaging, shipping charges, and other breeding supplies required for a rebreed.
• Notification of a non-settle must be made within 28 days of the original shipment date.
• Accounts must be paid in full to receive replacement semen.
  
  

OVERRUN PRICING
When semen collected exceeds orders, we offer overrun discounts. Overrun semen starts at 10:00 and Last Call at 1:00 CST on collection days. Call for availability.

OFF-SEASON PRICING
Semen is typically 50% - 70% off during January, February, first week of March, last 2 weeks of May, June, July, first week of August, last 2 weeks of October, November and December.

SEMEN CONTRACTS
Semen contracts are available on individual boars or a combination of boars. Contact us for more information.

HOW TO ORDER
Normal collection days during season are every Monday and Thursday. Semen is available 7 days a week for pickup and Monday through Friday for shipment. Orders can be called in or texted.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received by 9:00 AM CST on collection days. Cancellations after 9:00 AM CST will be the responsibility of the customer.

A.I. CERTIFICATES
To request a breeding certificate you can go to our website and click on the breeding certificate icon to fill out the information form or request one by phone or email.

PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit cards.

BOAR TOURS
Boar tours are available by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will do our best to accommodate tour requests on Monday and Thursdays.

EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY
Although the use of artificial insemination is very successful, Warren Bros. cannot control the situations under which the boar semen is stored, used, or applied and therefore makes no warranties or representations beyond those expressly stated. Warren Bros. warrants that the product sold is the upmost quality and good concentration at the time it leaves the facility. Warren Bros. makes no other guarantees, warranties or representations, either, oral, expressed or implied. Warren Bros. also does not guarantee concerning conception rate, liability of semen, and or health of product. In the event that any of our products is damaged in shipment or proven to be defective, damages resulting in their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen. In no event shall Warren Bros. be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.
